Real self-care isn’t always the cozy kind.
Sometimes, it’s the hard stuff—getting off the couch, cooking when you’re tired, or finally making that doctor’s appointment.
Even when we know what will help us feel better, it can still feel so hard to start. That push-pull? It’s called ambivalence—and it’s completely normal.
The motivation you need is already inside you. You just need the right tools to bring it out.
