Life is busy and the to-do lists feel never-ending. Taking care of yourself has fallen to the bottom, or maybe even off the list. You are having trouble remembering what it was like to have energy and feel good in your body, these days you always feel run down and kind of gross. Sometimes it’s hard to get out of your head, that inner critic always seems to have a negative opinion about everything, and it feels paralyzing. You feel depressed, worried, frustrated, and angry that you can’t make changes. Those feelings make it even harder to focus on the end goal. You’re caught in a never-ending cycle and aren’t sure how to get out. Everyone else seems to have it all together and don’t know what’s wrong with you. If only you knew where to start and if there’s anything that can help. The idea of self-care feels like a pipe dream. You barely have time to brush your hair, let alone enjoy a day at the spa.

You are not alone and don’t have to do this on your own. I can help. I have been there and have worked with hundreds of people in your situation. I get it. I’ll take the time to understand you, your life, your goals, and what’s getting in the way. We’ll talk about what’s important to you and why you want to make changes. I’ll help you feel more motivated and empowered to start taking steps forward. Being in constant survival mode can lead to bad habits that feel impossible to break. Taking care of yourself means creating healthy habits that can help you regain control of how you feel, in your body and mind. Self-care isn’t always luxurious, sometimes it means getting a good night’s sleep, drinking a glass of water, or going for a walk. We’ll work together to figure out what this looks like in your life and set realistic goals. I’ll help learn how to use the way that you think and things that you do to make you feel better, instead of worse. I’ll help you to get and stay motived and so that you can have the power to overcome obstacles and feel healthier, happier, and more in control of your physical and mental wellbeing.
