Dr. Cathy Bykowski is a clinical psychologist who specializes in understanding stress, the ways that it affects your body, and how to make changes to cope better with life’s stressors. In this one-hour workshop, she will guide you through a relaxation experience and explain the science behind our body’s reaction to stress and how to reverse it. You’ll learn how to use your breath to reset your nervous system to find moments of calm in your stressful life. You’ll learn how to identify what matters most to you, honor your limits, and create small, realistic habits that fit your actual life. We’ll also look at common barriers and how to gently shift them. You’ll leave with a personalized, doable plan to help you feel more grounded, energized, and supported in your day-to-day life.

You’ll learn evidence-based skills to increase your motivation and overcome mental blocks and set up a plan to hold yourself accountable.

This workshop will provide a general understanding of how sleep works and how you can make it work for you.

If you’ve ever reached the bottom of a bag of chips and wondered where they all went, left the dinner table feeling stuffed and gross, or cleared your plate at lightning speed – then this class is for you. The numerous demands on our attention and time often lead to us moving through life on autopilot. Without paying attention, we make unhealthy choices and feel less satisfied. This class will help you explore how and why you eat so that you can feel more in control, healthy, and enjoy your food more. Dr. Cathy Bykowski is a clinical psychologist who specializes in understanding how the way we think affects the things that we do and the way we feel.

Many people know what to do to make changes to lose weight, but they still struggle to eat fewer calories and move more. This program focuses on the ways that your mind gets in the way of making changes and teaches skills to overcome barriers and get your mind in the game so that you can finally reach a healthy weight.
