Be Where You Are: Mindfulness Meditation
When you are truly focused on the here and now, you can’t also be focused on unpleasant thoughts. The “Be Where You Are” guides you through noticing the sensations in your body. Your body is always with you, yet you rarely pay much attention to it. By taking some time to focus on just the sensations in your body, you may also achieve a moment of peace from distressing thoughts.

Spring Grounding
Grounding is a technique that can help you come back to the present moment, to focus your attention on what is happening right now. The point of grounding is to get out of the whirlwind in your head and into the reality of the present moment. By doing this, all of the swirling thoughts start to settle. Once the thoughts settle, the emotions and physical sensations follow, allowing your body to calm. Our nervous systems get a break and a chance to reset.
