Check In

Before you can focus on self-care, you have to check in with yourself.


Not just “I’m fine,” but:
→ How is my body feeling?
→ What emotions are showing up?
→ What am I thinking—beneath the noise?

We spend so much time doing that we forget to notice. But tuning in isn’t indulgent — it’s how we reclaim our wellbeing.
