Allow yourself to be transported to the beach with this brief and restorative guided imagery session.

Guided Imagery is an approach that uses the “mind’s eye” to support healing.  In Guided Imagery, you will be led to imagine all of the details of a particularly relaxing setting.   You will be encouraged to use all of your senses to mentally transport yourself to this place.  When you imagine yourself feeling calm, relaxed, and happy you cannot feel stressed at the same time.
